You can reach nathiagali from two sides either from Muree or from Abbotabad. It is 34 km from both Muree and Abbotabad. It is approximately 2500 meters above the sea level and suurounded by fully occupied green mountains. The britishers when rules this region, nathia gali was there favcourite spot so they created a Governor’s House and a church here. Breathtaking landscapes, spring water and fresh air make it one of the most peaceful hill stations in Pakistan.
Murree has become a very crowdy place but Nathiagali is a much more peaceful and romantic place. If you are planning your honey moon trip and you belong to Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad the most suitable and most affordable place is Nathia gali.
Seasons and weather in Nathia Gali
The best time to visit nathia gali is April to July. And if you love hiking and out door activities than you should visit in septemeber and december.
The rainy season is in June and July so you should not plan your visit in these months.
Snowfall starts on December and prolongs upto End of March. But honey moon couples still come here in these months
From December to April Muree to nathia gali road is blocked and dangerous but the road from nathiagali to abbotabad still remains open
